French 75

French 75 started in the year of 1915. Harry MacElhone made this cocktail recipe at a New York-style bar in Paris. Introduced in the United States by WWI Pilots, this became a famous drink at the stork club in New York City. The name of the cocktail recipe comes from a seventy-five millimeter field gun.
